Wash rice and combine with all other ingredients except for the eggs. Separate eggs

Beat egg whites until very stiff

Add beaten egg yolks to egg whites, folding in gently. Add egg mixture to rice mixture, blending gently

Transfer mixture to a baking pan or casserole and bake in a preheated 250F

- 1 quart milk
