CREAM OF TOMATO/POTATO SOUP
ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups potatoes, diced
- 3 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons flour
- 2 tablespoons lard or vegetable oil
- 3 green chilies, diced (4 ounce can)
- 2 tablespoons ground red chili
- 1/2 cup light cream
