    Score steak on both sides with a meat tenderizer. Spread one side of steak with mustard

    Combine bread, onion, celery, butter and seasonings for stuffing and spread over steak. Roll like a jellyroll and fasten meat with skewers or toothpicks

    Lace with string

    Balance meat on spit, insert holding forks

  • 5

    Attach spit and turn on motor. Baste with garlic dressing

    Roast over medium coals about 35 minutes or till done, basting frequently with garlic dressing

    Serves 4 or 5.

  • 1 to 1-1/4-pound Flank steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon non-seasoned meat tenderizer
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1-1/2 cups dry bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 /2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 /4 teaspoon salt
  • Garlic or clear French dressing
