Combine bread, onion, celery, butter and seasonings for stuffing and spread over steak. Roll like a jellyroll and fasten meat with skewers or toothpicks

Balance meat on spit, insert holding forks

Attach spit and turn on motor. Baste with garlic dressing

Roast over medium coals about 35 minutes or till done, basting frequently with garlic dressing

SPIT ROASTED STUFFED FLANK STEAK
ingredients
- 1 to 1-1/4-pound Flank steak
- 1/2 teaspoon non-seasoned meat tenderizer
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1-1/2 cups dry bread cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 /2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 /4 teaspoon salt
- Garlic or clear French dressing
