COLD SALSA VERDE

  • 1 /2 cup coarsely chopped Spanish onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 fresh or pickled jalapeno pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 can (10 ounces ) undrained tomatillos
