ingredients
- 1 cup finely diced red, ripe tomato,
- excess juice and seeds removed
- 1 cup finely diced Spanish onion,
- preferably red and white mixed
- 1 cup finely diced green chilies,
- parched, peeled, and de-seeded
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1-1 /2 teaspoons salt
