Then dip into cracker crumbs

Fry in butter until browned

Beat 8 eggs and add to oysters. Cook slowly until firm

- 1 dozen small, Pacific coast oysters
- 1 /2 cup flour, seasoned with salt and black pepper
- 1 cup of cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 9 eggs
- red and green pepper pieces for garnish
