Drain apricots, reserving 1/2 cup juice

Combine juice, Brandy and cinnamon in a small bowl

Lay apricot halves on one sheet of foil and drizzle with Brandy syrup

Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes or until heated through

Open packet and serve apricot with juices.
