    Combine the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and thyme in a large bowl

    Toss in the lemon zest and onion slices

    Turn onion mixture out onto one sheet of foil

    Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes

  • 5

    Open packet and serve.

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon julienne-cut lemon zest
  • 3 medium onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
