Peel onions, leaving roots intact; cut each into 6 wedges

Combine vinegar, olive oil, thyme, basil, salt and pepper in a large bowl

Add onions and toss gently to coat

Turn onion mixture out onto one sheet of foil

Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes
