Arrange onion, bell peppers and jalapeno in Flat Standard Basket

Spray with cooking spray on both sides

Remove vegetables and coarsely chop. Toss chopped vegetables with tomatoes, tomato juice, chili powder, cumin, lime juice and garlic salt

- 1 medium red onion, peeled and halved crosswise
- 1 red bell pepper, quartered and seeded
- 1 green bell pepper, quartered and seeded
- 2 jalapeno chilies, halved and seeded
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 tablespoons tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
