Add the mushrooms and turn to coat

Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes. Remove mushrooms from marinade and place in the Flat Standard Basket

Rotate for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender

- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
