Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes

- 1 serrano chili, sliced
- 1 1-1/2 to 2 pound whole lean fish, gutted and scaled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
