Place tuna in a shallow dish

Combine the ginger, soy, sherry, lime juice, sugar, oil, cilantro and green onions and pour over tuna

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Remove tuna from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes.

- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
