    Combine lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt and garlic in a shallow dish

    Add tuna, turning to coat

    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove tuna from marinade

    Brush with oil and sprinkle with pepper

    Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
