TUNA SKEWERS WITH LEMONS AND ONIONS
ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 pounds tuna steaks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 small red onions, cut into 8 pieces each
- 3 lemons, cut into 8 wedges each
