HEALTHY SPINACH PARMESAN FISH
ingredients
- 1 pound firm fish fillets
- (like shark, halibut, sea bass or swordfish)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
