Place swordfish in a shallow dish

Combine lime juice, honey and ginger and pour over swordfish

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove swordfish from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through

Meanwhile, pour marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil on top of the stove

Simmer for 3 minutes

Serve swordfish drizzled with boiled marinade.

- 2 (12 ounce) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
