    Combine bread crumbs, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, salt, and cumin in a bowl

    Rub spice mixture over both sides of the swordfish

    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, heat oil, currants, orange zest and juice, walnuts and honey in a small saucepan

    Bring to a simmer

    Drizzle sauce over cooked swordfish.

  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup currants or raisins
  • 1 teaspoon minced orange zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
