Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Rotate fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through

Serve immediately. Tip: Try cutting the swordfish into 1-inch pieces and then rotate on the metal skewers for 15 to 20 minutes

- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
