Place shrimp in a medium-size bowl

Stir together the soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice and zest, sesame oil, sugar, coriander and cilantro

Pour over shrimp, cover and refrigerate 2 hours

Remove shrimp from marinade and place on one sheet of foil

Top with snow peas

Drizzle 1/4 cup of the marinade over the shrimp

Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet

Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes

Open packet and serve shrimp with juices.
CILANTRO LIME SHRIMP PACKETS

- 1 pound large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced lime zest
- 1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 pound snow peas, cut in half diagonally
- 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
