Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add the mushrooms and green onions

Saute until tender, about 4 minutes

Add wine, water, tomato paste, tarragon and bouillon cube

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half

Stir in parsley; keep warm. Trim fat from sirloin and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 to 25 minutes or until it reaches desired doneness

Cut steak into four portions and serve each with 1/4 cup sauce.

- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1-1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1-pound lean beef top sirloin (3/4-inch thick)
