    Trim fat from meat and cut into 1-inch cubes

    Combine sesame seeds, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, oil and brown sugar in a large bowl

    Stir in garlic, green onions, pepper and pepper flakes

    Add beef cubes, cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours. Remove beef from marinade and thread on the kebob skewers and rotate 15 minutes or until beef is browned on the outside but still pink inside.

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
