    Trim fat from steak and place in a large shallow dish

    Combine wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, water, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, allspice and cayenne

    Divide mixture in half

  • 4

    Cover and chill half and pour remaining half over steak

  • 5

    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally

  • 6

    Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade

  • 7

    Rotate steak in the Flat Standard Basket for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Meanwhile, pour reserved marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil

    Keep warm

    Place cooked steak in a clean shallow dish and pour on the marinade

    Let stand 5 minutes

    Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch thick slices and serve with juices.

  • 1/3 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 /4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
