Combine fish sauce, lime juice, water and sesame oil in a large bowl

Add lemongrass, red pepper flakes, peanuts, garlic, cilantro and brown sugar

Trim pork of all fat and silverskin and cut into 1-inch cubes

Add to marinade, cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade and thread on kebob skewers

Rotate 20 minutes or until pork is cooked through and browned.

- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons minced roasted peanuts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1-3/4 pounds total)
