    In a medium bowl, beat egg white and wine

    Stir in crumbs, salt, pepper and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms

    Shape into 6 patties, each about 1/2-inch thick. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes or until cooked through

  • 4

    Place the buns in the Warming Tray to heat during the last 5 minutes

  • 5

    Serve turkey burgers in buns with condiments to taste.

TURKEY MUSHROOM BURGERS

ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
  • 1/3 cup soft French bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 6 onion hamburger buns, split in half
