Combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in a medium bowl

Cut the turkey into 1-1/2 inch cubes and add to marinade

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours. Alternately thread turkey, onions and red peppers on the kebob skewers

- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
