    Lay turkey breasts on one sheet of foil

    Stir together the marmalade, mustard and wine and spread over the turkey

    Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes

  • 5

    Open the packet and serve with juices.

  • 4 uncooked turkey breast slices (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1/3 cup all-fruit orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine or vermouth
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
