- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (zest)
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 /4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 /4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 /2 teaspoon salt
- 1 /4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
