Trim chicken breasts and pound to an even 1/2-inch thickness

Lay one half slice of prosciutto and cheese on each breast

Fold chicken in half to form 4 bundles

Lay bundles on one sheet of foil

Spoon the sauce over the chicken. Top with the second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
