    Toss together the chilies and Cheddar cheese

    Cut a horizontal slit through the thickest portion of each breast half to form a pocket

    Stuff 1/4 of the chili filling into each pocket; secure with a toothpick. Place the egg and water mixture in a shallow dish

    Combine the crushed crackers and paprika in another shallow dish

  • 5

    Dip stuffed chicken in egg whites and then coat with crackers

  • 6

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 4 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 egg white whisked with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 /2 cup crushed reduced-fat Cheddar flavored crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
