    Combine mustards with orange juice and zest, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, parsley and pepper

    Add the chicken and turn to coat well

    Cover and marinate 1 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and browned.

  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves, skin removed
