Wash chicken and pat dry; place in a large bowl

Combine plum sauce, Hoisin, sherry, soy sauce and sesame oil

Stir in ginger, garlic, cilantro, and red pepper flakes

Pour over chicken; cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until cooked through and browned.

- 6 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 2/3 cup Oriental plum sauce
- 2 teaspoons Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
