MUSTARD CRUSTED CHICKEN BREASTS

- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves, skin removed

Stir together the mayonnaise and mustard

Combine the wheat germ, bread crumbs, thyme, and salt on a plate

Brush the chicken with the mustard-mayonnaise mixture and then coat with the wheat germ mixture. Rotate the chicken in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
