    Remove skin and trim excess fat from chicken pieces

    Combine lemon juice, mustard and garlic powder in a large bowl

    Remove 2 tablespoons and reserve

  • 4

    Add chicken to large bowl, turning to coat

    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Combine reserved 2 tablespoons lemon mixture with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, chili powder and paprika

    Cover and chill. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan

  • 7

    Remove chicken from bowl and dredge in crumbs

  • 8

    Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 to 50 minutes or until cooked through

    Serve with sauce.

ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks (about 1 pound)
  • 4 chicken thighs (about 1 pound)
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
