Whisk together the honey, mustard and wine until smooth

Remove the skin; wash and thoroughly dry the turkey breast

Pour and spread the honey-mustard mixture over the turkey and let stand for 1 hour. Roast the turkey breast on the spit rods for 10 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees in the center of the breast
