Saute sausage, onion, pepper and celery until lightly browned

Pour off some of the fat from the sausages

Add tomatoes, green beans, potatoes and water

ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds chicken and ham sausage
- with horseradish, cut into
- 1-inch lengths (page 90)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups tomatoes, quartered
- 2 pounds green beans
- 8 small new potatoes
- 1/2 cup water
