Remove from pan with slotted spoon, saving grease; set aside

Pour beans into a pot and add 1 tablespoon grease from sausage

To the remaining grease in the sausage pan add onion and brown

Add to the beans and sprinkle with parsley

Next lay the sausages over the beans and add dry white wine, mustard, salt, pepper, bay leaf, tomatoes, green peppers and Tabasco

Simmer for 30 minutes.

ingredients
- 1 16-oz can lima beans
- 1 pound golden veal lemon
- sausage (page 69)
- 1 onion, shredded
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/8 cup dry mustard
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 bay leaf, well ground
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 green pepper, slivered
- dash Tabasco
