ingredients
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 pounds French garlic sausage
- cut into one-inch pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, scraped and thinly sliced
- 4 cups fresh Romano green beans, cut
- into one-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons (or to taste) curry powder (or
- your own blend of coriander, turmeric,
- cumin, mace, and pepper)
