ingredients
- 1/2 pound Mexican chorizo sausage cut into
- Small bite-sized pieces (page 37)
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato, cored, peeled, seeded,
- and finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
