- Balls:
- 1 pound cheesy chuck sausage
- removed from casings (page 61)
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
