Prepare the herbed salad dressing and set aside

Prepare the crepes

Arrange half the crepes on a baking sheet

Layer half the sausages, onion, olive, and pickle on these crepes

Repeat layers with remaining crepes and ingredients

Sprinkle an equal amount of dressing on each crepe sandwich

Top each sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese and bake in a pre heated 400F

oven for about ten minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serves 6.

- 1 dozen thin slices each of three
- or four different sausages
- 1 medium onion sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 1/4 cup herbed salad dressing

- 6 slices Swiss cheese
