    Prepare the herbed salad dressing and set aside

    Prepare the crepes

  • 3

    Arrange half the crepes on a baking sheet

  • 4

    Layer half the sausages, onion, olive, and pickle on these crepes

  • 5

    Repeat layers with remaining crepes and ingredients

  • 6

    Sprinkle an equal amount of dressing on each crepe sandwich

  • 7

    Top each sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese and bake in a pre heated 400F

  • 8

    oven for about ten minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serves 6.

  • 16 crepes (see recipe on previous page)
  • 1 dozen thin slices each of three
  • or four different sausages
  • 1 medium onion sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
  • 1/4 cup herbed salad dressing
  • (see recipe opposite)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
