Curried Turkey Sausage
ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
- 1/4 cup mango chutney,
- with large pieces chopped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons cold water
