Chinese Roasted Duck Sausage
ingredients
- One 3-pound roasted duckling, meat and skin
- removed and coarsely ground
- 1 slice bacon, ground with duck
- 3/4 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced waterchestnuts
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce*
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce*
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
