- 1-1/2 pounds ground lamb
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1-2 ounce jar pimiento, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
