    Place lime juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil and sugar in a medium bowl

    Whisk to combine and dissolve sugar

    Stir in oregano, rosemary, garlic, chili powder and cayenne. Yield: 2-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: The fresh herbs enhance this tangy marinade which is best on chicken - whole (8 to 24 hours), pieces (8 to 24 hours) or boneless (6 to 12 hours)

  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
