Add beef and remaining ingredients to the mixing bin and process until thoroughly blended

Using the #29 or #32 horn extrude the mixture into the casings and twist off into six- inch links. Place sausage into a saucepan and cover with cold water

Bring to a simmer; lower heat and cook gently for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through

Remove from pan and allow to cool, then refrigerate and use within three to four days or freeze for later use.
