French Garlic Sausages
ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch dried basil
- Pinch dried savory or parsley
- One pinch each of dried sage, dried thyme,
- ground cloves, ground mace,
- ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon,
- and cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup brandy
