- 3 shallots, minced

- 1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
