Ginger Sesame Pork Sausage
ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Oriental sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons plain dry breadcrumbs

Add pork and remaining ingredients to the mixing bin and process until thoroughly blended

Using the #26 or #20 horn extrude the mixture into the casings and twist off into four- inch links

Poke several holes down the length of each sausage

Refrigerate and use within three to four days or freeze for later use.
