- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped roasted salted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon bottled Thai peanut sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
